These terms apply when you request a quote or place an order with Blue Sky Supply Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through this site. They’re short and in plain English on purpose.
A quote is our price for the order as described — the garments, quantities, artwork, and print locations shown on your order page. If any of those change, the price may change with them. A quote isn’t an order until you approve it.
Your order page shows a mockup with the artwork, garment styles and colors, sizes, quantities, and price. When you approve, you’re confirming those details are correct and asking us to produce the order as shown. Please check spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities carefully — we produce what was approved.
Need to change something after approving? Message us as soon as you can. Once we’ve ordered garments or started production, changes may add cost or time, and a cancelled order may still be charged for the garments and work already done.
By sending us artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to reproduce it for your order. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights. Your artwork stays yours.
Mockups are a digital preview. Printed and embroidered colors, sizing, and placement can vary from what you see on a screen and from one garment to the next — that’s normal for custom decoration. Garment availability can change; if something you chose becomes unavailable, we’ll work with you on an alternative.
The price and the payment options available for your order are shown when you approve it. Card and bank payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank account number. Any balance is due as shown on your order.
Delivery dates shown on your order are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier stock, shipping carriers, and approval timing can move them. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front so we can plan for it.
Custom orders are made specifically for you, so they generally can’t be returned or exchanged. If you believe something isn’t right with your order, contact us promptly after you receive it and we’ll review it with you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you approve an order are the ones that apply to it.
